Das Haus verfügt über einen 100 Mbit/s Internet Anschluss. Im Haus stehen sowohl  Netzwerk Anschlussdosen wie auch ein W-LAN zur Verfügung.

Das W-LAN Passwort beziehungsweise der Zugangsname FRITZ!Box AF7 Gastzugang das Internet Passwort lautet XYZ.

Das W-LAN kann von den Besuchern kostenlos genutzt werden

Das W-LAN ist grundsätzlich im gesamten Haus gut abgedeckt und dürfte im Haus sowie auch auf der Terrasse problemlos verfügbar sein.

Alle im Haus befindlichen Fernseher sind mit dem Internet verbunden. Entweder über ein Netzwerkkabel beziehungsweise über W-LAN. Über die Fernseher kann somit auch auf Medien Medieninhalte zugegriffen werden.

Bei schlechtem Wetter kann auch die Spielscheune in Otterndorf besucht werden.

Das Haus ist mit einer Schließanlage ausgestattet. Mit dem Schlüssel können Sie sowohl die Haustür, die Terrassentür, das elektrische Garagentor, Das GArtenhaus und den Geräteraum hinter der GArage schließen.

Das Haus verfügt über ein Festnetz Telefonanschluss.

In diesem Telefon Anschluss ist eine Flatrate für Anrufe in das deutsche Festnetz enthalten.

Der Besucher kann das Telefon kann also für Anrufe in das deutsche Festnetz uneingeschränkt und ohne Kosten genutzt werden.

Anrufe zu Sonderrufnummern und in die Mobilfunknetze sind kostenpflichtig.

Aus diesem Grunde sollen für diese Anrufe grundsätzlich die jeweils eigenen Mobiltelefone genutzt werden. In diesem sind häufig auch Anrufe in die Mobilfunknetze kostenlos enthalten.

Über das Festnetz geführte kostenpflichtige Telefonate müssen nach dem Aufenthalt abgerechnet werden.

Diese ergeben sich aus dem Einzelnachweis auf der Telefonrechnung.

Achtung! Die Terrassentür wird mit dem Haustürschlüssel verschlossen. Das einfache Verriegeln mit dem Hebel reicht nicht aus. Die Terrassentür kann dann von Außen geöffnet werden.

Nur durch das abschließen mit dem Schlüssel lässt sich das öffnen verhindern.
